Sometimes I wonder if the Graves-model is a good way to represent the different stages. I find it difficult to figure out if I’m more Orange than Yellow or even Turquise (seeing the world in a systemic and spiritual manner from a group perspective) in this generally Blue society I participate in.
At the least it is useful to understand the two forces that underlay the spiral-effect in human behavior systems.
